Crunchy Soya Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients for Crunchy Soya Cutlets

Potatoes                      – 2 Big Boiled
Soyabeans         – 100 gms Finely Chopped and boiled
Cumin Powder         – 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – As Required
Oil                 – as Required
Green Chili         – 4-5 fine chopped
Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
Aamchur Poder – 1 tbsp
Salt         – as per taste

How to Make  Crunchy Soya Cutlets

The first mix boiled potatoes in a pot
Add salt to it and mash it
Now give round and flat or any other shape.
For stuffing
Heat the oil in a pan
Then add cumin and stir for a while
Now squeeze the soybean water into the pan
Now add all the spices and mix and cook for 3-4 minutes
Then turn off the gas and add some green coriander
The stuffing is ready.
Now take the potatoes that were prepared and fill them with soya masala in the middle of two muffins
Now close it properly with another muffin and fill it with soy and give it the desired shape.
Then heat the oil in the pan
And fry the muffins.
Our soya cutlet is ready. Now serve it with green chutney, sauce.
