Salted White Sauce Pasta – It is not so difficult to make it that we have to depend on a restaurant or a hotel, we will need whatever is in the kitchen of our house, so do not be disturbed in the lockdown and enjoy it at home.

Salted White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients for Salted White Sauce Pasta

Pasta – 100 gms
Cheese – 100 gms
Cornflour – 1 Big tbsp
Milk – 2 cup
Garlic – 4-5
Oil         – As Required
Salt – as per taste

How to Make  Salted White Sauce Pasta

  • First of all boil the pasta, add some oil and salt as per taste to the boil water. It will not stick together after adding oil. 
  • The pasta has to boil for about 10 minutes, it will be cooked.
  • After cooking, remove the hot water from it and cool it with cold water, and cover it in a bowl or plate.
  • Now heat oil in a pan (you can use butter if you want).
  • Add garlic and roast it till it becomes light brown.
  • Now add corn flour (you can also use maida if you want) and shake it with a spoon so that it does not burn.
  • When the corn flour turns light brown then add milk to it (do not mix at all)
  • Cook it for 5-6 minutes while stirring until it thickens.
  • Now add pasta and mix it well, make sure to mix it with light hands so that it does not break.
  • To make it a little spicy, you can add some black pepper powder, chaat masala etc.
  • Now mix the cheeses and mix them lightly with hands and cook for 15-20 seconds and take off.
Now serve it on any plate and sprinkle mixed herbs, coriander leaves, red chili powder and mint or basil leaves on top of it.
