Leftover Idli with Masala Tadka – Idli is an excellent and healthy breakfast made of rice and urad dal. It is mostly used in southern India.
By eating the same taste, we go from boredom, so we should experiments with it before making anything, so that the taste of the food will increase. Today we will make Idli in different types of Idli which we call Leftover Idli with Masala Tadka.

Ingredients for Leftover Idli with Masala Tadka

  • Idli Small Pieces
  • Onion Finely Chopped
  • Tomatoes  Finely Chopped
  • Mustard
  • Sambhar Masala / Pavbhaji Masala
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Coriander Leaves – Chopped
  • Salt as per taste
The quantity of ingredients is not being told because idli is not sure how much it will be, so you should do the ingredients according to idli.

How to Make  Leftover Idli with Masala Tadka

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.  
  • Add onion and green chilies to it.  
  • Sprinkle a little salt and fry for a while.  
  • Add tomatoes to it and cook till it becomes soft.  
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and sambar masala /pav bhaji masala to it mix well, and cook for a while.  
  • Now add chopped idli to it and mix it well, so that the spice gets wrapped in it.  
  • Add chopped coriander over it.
