Paneer 65 Recipe – Like Chicken 65 we can make Paneer 65 at home, it is very easy to make and for this, we do not need any other special material but it can be made only by the ingredients available at home.

Usually, paneer is served as a starter in the restaurant. The dish is prepared by wrapping it in a spicy paste.  Actually, Paneer 65 is the vegetarian form of Chicken 65.  If you also like Paneer 65, then learn to make it at home.

Ingredients for Paneer 65 Recipe

Fine Flour                 – 1 Big tbsp
Cheese / Paneer – 250 gms
Cornflour                 – 2 Big tbsp
Red Chili Powder         – 1 tbsp
Garlic-Ginger Paste – 2 Big tbsp
Curry Leaf                 – As Required
Onion                 – 1 Fine Chopped
Green Chili                 – 4-5 long fine chopped
Red Chili, Soya Sauce – 1-1 tbsp
Vinegar/Lemon – 1 tbsp
Salt                 – as per taste
Oil                                       – as per required

How to Make  Paneer 65 Recipe

  • Firstly mix fine flour, cornflour, red chili powder, garlic-ginger paste, salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now add some water to this mixture and make a thick batter, making sure that the solution is not too thin nor too thick.
  • Cut the paneer in any shape as per your requirement.
  • Put the paneer in the batter and mix it well so that the spices are wrapped in the paneer.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer till it becomes golden in color.
  • Check if the paneer is a bit crushed, take it out.
  • Now heat oil again in a pan.
  • Add onion, green chilies, curry leaves, and roast it.
  • Now add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and vinegar to it.
  • Cook for 20-25 seconds, add the paneer to it, and mix well.
  • Cook 4-5 minutes and remove.
Now if you want, you can sprinkle green coriander over it and serve it hot.
