How to Make Raw Mango Jam
- Peel the mango
- Now cut it into pieces
- Cook it in the cooker for 2 whistles
- Mash the ripe mango pulp well and dilute it
- Now sieve with the help of filter
- Put it in a pan and cook it on low heat
- Now add sugar and stir it with a spoon.
- Add cinnamon and cardamom powder and salt to it
