  • Raw Mango – 3 Chopped in Pieces
  • Sugar         – 2 Cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 inch
  • Cardamom – 4-5 Powder
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt         – A pinch

How to Make  Raw Mango Jam

  • Peel the mango
  • Now cut it into pieces
  • Cook it in the cooker for 2 whistles
  • Mash the ripe mango pulp well and dilute it
  • Now sieve with the help of filter
  • Put it in a pan and cook it on low heat
  • Now add sugar and stir it with a spoon.
  • Add cinnamon and cardamom powder and salt to it
  • Now cook it until it becomes thick.

Take your jam is ready, now keep it in a glass pot when it cools down, and when freeze, 
eat it with bread, roti or paratha.
