  • Corn         – 1 cup boiled
  • Cashew paste         – 1/4 cup
  • Bay leaf         – 1
  • Cumin seeds         – 1 tsp
  • Oil                 – 2 tsp
  • Onion         – 1 finely chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes         – 1 finely chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi         – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
  • Salt                 – as per taste

How to Make Corn Spicy Curry Recipe at Home 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add tempering by adding bay leaves and cumin seeds.
  • Now add onions and fry until light pink.
  • Combine ginger garlic paste and roast it with a spoon.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • After this, mix all the spices and cook in a slow flame.
