Ingredients for Falahari Dahi Vada
Water Chestnut Flour – 200 grams (सिंघाड़े का आटा)
Boiled Potatoes – 2 pieces
Sago (Sabudana) – 100 grams
Curd – 250 grams
Fresh Coconut – 2 tbsp (grind)
Cumin Powder – 1 small tbsp
Ginger Chili Paste – 2 tbsp
Rock Salt – as per taste
Pomegranate Seeds, Coriander Leaves, Green Chutney, and Falahari Chivda

How to Make Falahari Dahi Vada
- Mix Boiled Potatoes, Water Chestnut Flour, and Sago Seeds well.
- Now mix Fresh Coconut, Cumin Powder, Ginger Chili paste, and Rock Salt well.
- Now make vada and fry them in oil and let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Soak these vada for 5 minutes in water and squeeze them out.
- Put the vada on a plate and add curd to it.
- Now add Pomegranate, Green Chutney, Coriander, and Falahari Chiwda to decorate it.
Immediately your Falahari Curd Vada is ready, now serve it or take it in tiffin.
