Special Milk Laddoo

Ingredients for Milk Laddoo

Milk – 1 liter (full fat)
Sugar – 100 grams
Saffron – 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon – 1 nos
Ghee – as required
Almonds – chopped
Cardamom    – 1-2 

How to Make  Milk Laddoo

  • A pan that is slightly larger and heavier and keeps it in the gas.
  • Now add milk and boil it and cook it on medium-low
  • Make sure that the milk does not stick to the bottom, keep stirring it.
  • When the milk is cooked to 300-400gram, add 1-2 drops of lemon in it.
  • Adding 1-2 drops of lemon juice will not break the milk completely.
  • In the same way add a little bit of lemon juice, Until the milk has small balls.
  • Now cook the milk till it becomes very thick.
  • Add cardamom powder, sugar, saffron, and cook.
  • Cook the milk until the milk becomes like a dough.
  • Now add ghee and fry it to 4-5 minutes
When it cools down completely, make the laddus of your choice and add almond cuttings to it to enhance it. Now keep it in the fridge for some time and then offer it to God and feed everyone in the family.
