Italian Lasagna Recipe at Home

We can make it at home, the materials that are required for this are easily available at home. So let’s know how to make Italian lasagna, and what ingredients will be required.
For this, we have to prepare 2 things first, first pasta sheets and second white and red sauce. So let’s first see how to make pasta sheets.
Pasta Sheets – Italian Lasagna Recipe at Home

  • Mix 2 cups maida, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil in a bowl.
  • Now knead it soft with water.
  • Make this dough and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
  • Roll it after 20 minutes
  • (Keep in mind if you want to make a round then roll it round otherwise cut it into a square).
  • Let the finished sheets dry on paper or cloth for 20-25 minutes.
White & Red Sauce – Italian Lasagna Recipe at Home
Red Sauce

  • To make red sauce, heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  • Add 1 chopped garlic, 1 chopped green chilli, 3 finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli, basil, 1/2 tsp oregano, a little sugar and salt and cook well.
  • When the tomatoes dissolve, grind them in a mixer.
  • Take care not to be too thick.
White Sauce

  • Add 2 tsp oil, or butter and all-purpose flour in a pan and mix well.
  • Now add 2 cups of milk and mix well with a spoon.
  • Add salt and pepper and add a little processed cheese and mix well.
  • Your white sauce is ready.


How to make Italian Lasagna Recipe at Home

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add 2 finely chopped garlic and roast till it becomes pink.
  • Add finely chopped beans, carrots, corn grains, favourite vegetables and roast them.
  • Mix salt and cook it for a minute.
  • Now spread the red sauce in a deep pan.
  • Place a pasta sheet on top of it.
  • Now spread both white and red sauce over it.
  • Now spread the cooked vegetables over it.
  • Spread grated mozzarella cheese over it.
  • Then keep a pasta sheet and likewise do it 2-3 times and finally put cheese with red and white sauce on top.
  • Now cook it in low flame for 12-15 minutes, until the rakhi cheese is melted on top.
  • After the cheese melts, stir it with a spoon and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Italian lasagna is ready, now add chopped red chilli and green coriander over it and chop it and serve it.
