  • Semolina          2 cups
  • Curd                  1 cup
  • Sprouted Mung and Moth 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes          3
  • Onion                  1 finely chopped
  • Peas                  1/2 cup boiled
  • Green Chili Ginger Paste         – 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder          1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves                  15-20
  • Lemon juice                  2 tbsp
  • Sugar                  1 tabsp
  • Mustard / Sesame / Fennel 1 tsp
  • Eno                          1 sachet
  • Mint chutney                  1/2 cup
  • Oil                          2 tbsp
  • Red chilly          As per Taste
  • Coriander powder          As per Taste
  • Dry mango                  As per Taste
  • Garam Masala                  As per Taste
  • Salt                          As per Taste

How to make Suji (Semolina) Potato Moong  Glass Ring Recipe

  • Mix semolina, curd, salt, sugar and water in a bowl and prepare a thick batter and keep it for 30 minutes.
  • Add sprouted mung or moth, peas, green chilli ginger paste, lemon juice and all spices to the potato.
  • Prepare rolls 2 inches wide and 3 inches long.
  • Add eno to semolina solution.
  • Now take a glass and apply oil to the inside.
  • Now fill semolina solution in half then put potato roll in its middle.
  • Put semolina solution in it again and fill it.
  • Keep the glass in steam and cook it
  • After it cools, take out the prepared dish.
  • Now add oil to the pan and heat it.
  • And sprinkle with curry leaves and mustard sesame seeds.
  • Now add some water to it, add sugar and lemon juice to it and boil for a while.
  • Put the mint chutney in coconut powder in a plate.
  • Now roll the rolls which were ready, wrap them well in sugar lemon water and then wrap it in coconut mint and cut this roll round.
  • Now serve it with chutney or sauce.
