- Eno – 1 Pouch
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves – 10-12 Leaves
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – As per taste
How to make Mango Khaman Dhokla Recipe at Home
- Mix curd and salt in semolina and keep it for 30-40 minutes.
- Mix turmeric and salt in gram flour and keep it.
- If you grind green chilli and coriander in the mixer, it is good.
- Make three parts of semolina mixture.
- Mix raw mango (grated) green chilli and coriander paste in the first part.
- Mix gram flour and ripe mango on the other side.
