Delicious Breakfast made from Leftover Rice – रात के बचे हुए चांवल से बनाये नाश्ता – Dinner is left in most of the houses, this Leftover Rice can be made a Delicious Breakfast. Many people use it to give to animals or to the worker. With this leftover rice we can make breakfast for our house, this morning we will get delicious homemade breakfast.

Ingredients for Leftover Rice Breakfast
  • Leftover Rice 1 plate (seeds separate)
  • Oil          2  tbsp
  • Onion 1/2 Chopped
  • Green Chilli 2-3 Chopped
  • Tomato 1/2 Chopped
  • Potato 1/2 Chopped Small Chips
  • Moong dal 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 1/4 Cup
  • Curry Leaves         – 5-6
  • Salt          As per Taste
How to Make Leftover Rice Breakfast
  • Pour oil in a pan and keep it in the gas.
  • Keep the flame low, when the oil is hot, add curry leaves and chopped onions.
  • Stir with a spoon, then add green chili and stir with a spoon.
  • When the onion and chilli are roasted lightly, add chopped potato chips.
  • Now add salt and turmeric to it, due to this the potato will be cooked quickly.
  • When the potatoes are cooked, add moong dal to it and let it cook.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and let it cook.
  • When all is cooked well, then add the Leftover Rice and mix it well with a spoon.

Take it off for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle coriander leaves over it and thus your breakfast made from leftover rice is ready. Serve it hot now. 
If you make it by adding lemon and peanuts, then it will also be called Lemon Rice.
If you want, you can also make it by adding cauliflower, peas, carrots, etc., and you can also use mango powder or Chaat masala for Piquant
