- Fine Flour – 250 gm
- Sugar – 100 Gm finely chopped
- Kalakand Sweets/khova – 200 gm
- Cocoa/chocolate powder – 50 gm
- Butter/Ghee – 100 gm
- Milk – 125 gm
- Walnut – 5-6 Finely chopped
- Almonds – 5-6 Finely chopped
- Cashew – 5-6 Finely chopped
- Baking soda – 1 tbsp
- Baking powder – 2 tbsp
- Salt – A Pinch
How to make Egg-Less Chocolate Cake without Oven
- Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, Cocoa/chocolate powder and salt to make the cake, then sieve it with a sieve.
- Combine the powdered sugar and ghee or butter in a deep vessel and whisk
- When the sugar dissolves well, add Kalakand Sweets or Khova and whisk again.
- When all well then adds little bit fine flour and mix some milk together.
- Remember to mix only a little, there should be no lumps in the batter.
- Mix all the flour, in the same way, keep in mind that milk should be mixed equally as much as the paste is thick.

- Now take a cooker in which the cake making utensil is adjusted.
- Add sand or salt inside the cooker to form a layer in it. Do not place the cake pot directly under the cooker.
- Now place the cake vessel in the cooker and put the cooker’s lid without a whistle.
- Let it cook for 40-45 minutes in low flame.
