Garlic is a requirement in almost all mines in our house, You all know how beneficial garlic is. It is also used as a medicine. It acts as an immunity booster in our body. We use garlic while making vegetables, and in pickles, and when we get any injury or sprain, we also use garlic with mustard oil to cure it.


Garlic sauce is very easy to make at home, so let’s see what is required to make it, and how it is made

Ingredients for Garlic Chutney ( लहसुन चटनी )

  • Red chilly         – 50 grams (Soaked with Water )
  • Garlic          100 grams
  • Cumin seeds          1 tbsp
  • Salt                  1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida               – A  Pinch
  • Curry Leaves         – 5-6
  • Oil                  2 tbsp

Remove the red pepper stems and soak them in water for 10 minutes.

How to make  Garlic Chutney ( लहसुन चटनी )

  • Red chilli, garlic, cumin and salt, put them all in a mixer jar and grind them.
  • Don’t grind it too finely, let it be a little coarse.
  • Put oil in a pan and keep it in the gas and heat it.
  • Sprinkle the hing and curry leaves when the oil is hot.
  • Now put garlic paste in it and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
  • Now turn off the gas and take it off.
Your Garlic Chutney for Immunity Booster COVID 19 – लहसुन चटनी  is ready, you can store it for 15-20 days, it will not go bad. But take care not to leave it by hand and always use a dry spoon, this way it will be good.
If you want, you can make it without red chillies and you can also use Mustard.
