Ingredients for Palak Paratha
Wheat flour – 200 Grams
Spinach – 100 Grams ( Boiled Finaly Chopped )
Green Chilli – 3-4 ( Finaly Chopped )
Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Celery – 1/4 tbsp
Cumin – 1/4 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to Make Palak Paratha
- First of all, mix all the ingredients well in a pot.
- And mix the remaining water of boiled spinach in the ingredients and knead the dough.
- Now keep it like this for 10-15 minutes.
- Then knead it again and make its dough and roll the paratha.
- Bake it with ghee or oil on a hot griddle.
Your breakfast is ready in a few minutes, Now serve it with chutney, pickle, or vegetable. There is not much problem in making it, like other parathas it also gets ready quickly.
