- Refined flour – 200 grams
- Condensed milk – 250 grams
- Sugar – 100 grams (grind it)
- Butter or Ghee – 100 grams
- Cashew – 50 grams ( do pieces)
- Milk – 1 cup
- Raisins – 20- 30 (do clean)
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Baking Soda – 3/4 tsp
How to make without oven and Eggs Softy cake recipe:
Grind the sugar in the mixer and Sieve the refined flour in a vessel and add baking powder and soda to it. First, add ghee or butter to the powdered sugar and whisk well, remember to whisk until the sugar dissolves. Do not mix the melted ghee or butter then mix as well as condensed milk.
Gradually add a little quantity of refining flour in a mixture of sugar and butter and whisk well and also mix little bit milk at the time to time and cashew and raisins. Doing the same add whole flour and milk and beat the mixture. When the mixture solution is completely ready, keep it for 5 mints. Remember that the mixture solution is the same as idli batter or pakora batter.
