- Paneer – 200 Gm

- Coconut Powder – 50 Gm
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tbsp
- Almonds, Pistachios – 8-10 Shredding
- Saffron – 7 – 6 Fibers
How to make Paneer (Cheese) Rose Pointed Gourd (Parwal) Dessert
- Remove the peel of the gourds and boil them in water for 10 minutes.
- After it cools down, take out its seeds.
- Boil the sugar in a glass of water and add the parwal to it and let it cook until it thickens.
- Grate the cheese in a bowl and add gulakand, rose syrup, sugar candy, coconut, saffron, cardamom powder and almond pistachios to it.
- Fill this mixture in the parwal and cool it.
- Now put cherries in it for decoration.
