How to Make Stick Chocobar Ice Cream
- Put the 2.5 cup milk in a pan and boil it, and keep running a spoon so that it does not fall off the boil.
- Now add milk powder, nuts and sugar and stir with a spoon.
- Mix maize flour in the remaining milk in a bowl and dissolve it.
- Now mix this maize flour solution to the cooked milk and keep stirring with a spoon.
- When the milk becomes slightly thick, take it off the heat.
- Stir this milk with a spoon until it cools down.
- After cooling the milk, pour it into the ice cream mould.
While applying the stick, you have to pay attention that it does not move anywhere. for this we have to lay a disposable paper on top of the mould and cut it according to the mould, you have to cut as much as you can put the stick in it. Now keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
