Ingredients for Bottle Gourd Pudding / Lauki ka Halwa
- Bottle Gourd – 1 Kg (finely chopped)
- Sugar – 250 Gm
- Milk – 1 Ltr.
- Ghee or Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cashew – 10-12 small pieces
- Raisins – 10-12 small pieces
- Almond – 10-12 small pieces
- Cardamom – 1/2 tbsp Powdered

How to make Bottle Gourd Pudding / Lauki ka Halwa
- Peel the gourd first
- Finely chop it and keep in mind that remove the Seeded part.
- If you want it except the Seeded Part grind it into the mixer.
- Now press the chopped gourd with both hands and drain the water.
- Put a pan in the gas and add bottle gourd to it
- Fry it till its water evaporates Keep spooning in between.
- When roasted, add ghee or oil and roast it
- Now add sugar and mix it.
- Now after a while add milk and cook.
- Now put almonds, cashews, raisins and cardamom in it and continue to spoon.
- Cook until the milk is dry with all the bottle gourd.
Now take it off the gas and serve, if you want to keep it in the fridge, you can also eat it by cooling it.
