- Gram Flour – 100 gm
- Tomatoes – 1 chopped
- Sour buttermilk – 2 Cup
- Onion – 1 (chopped)
- Urad Dal – 1tbsp dusted without peeling
- Mustard (fine) – 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
- turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 8-10 leaves
- Paste – 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste

- Prepare the batter by mixing gram flour, salt and turmeric in buttermilk.
- Now add oil to the pan and heat it.
- Sprinkle with curry leaves and mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onion and roast it lightly.
- Add red chilli powder and ginger garlic and green chilli paste and roast
- Keep the flame medium and make sure that it does not burn.
- Now add buttermilk and gram flour mixture and stir it slowly.
Cover it and let it cook for 8-10 minutes and see if it comes to a boil for 3-4 minutes, turn off the gas and sprinkle coriander extract in it. Now your Chun or Bombay Chutney ( Sauce ) – बॉम्बे चटनी (सॉस) is ready, serve it hot.
