- Apple Gourd (Tinda) – 250 Gm
- Cheese (Paneer) – 50 Gm
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chilli – 1-2
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Amchur Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel (coarse) – 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin – 1/4 tbsp
- Salt – As per Taste
How to Make Stuffed Cheese Apple Gourd (Tinda) at Home
- Peel the Apple Gourd (Tinda ) and cut it round like a lid from above.
- With the help of Peeler, remove the inner part or pulp.
- Place the Cut Round part over the Apple Gourd (Tinda ) like a lid.
- So do all Apple Gourd (Tinda).
Now we will prepare the ingredients for filling-
- Put a little oil in a pan and sprinkle cumin seeds.
- After that, mix ginger, green chili, cottage cheese and Apple Gourd (Tinda) pulp and stir it with a spoon.
- Add all the spices and salt, mix well and roast
- When all the spices are well roasted then cool it.
- Now fill this spice in a Apple Gourd (Tinda) and cover it with a sliced lid.
- Pour oil into the pan and heat.
- In this, keep all the tinda upright and fried.
