- Bottle Gourd (Lauki) – 1 kg
- Cheese ( Paneer ) – 100gm Fine Chips
- Oil – 1 big tbsp
- Onion – 1 Chopped
- Ginger & Garlic – 1 inch Chopped
- Tomato – 1 Chopped
- Green Chilli – 2 Chopped
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Amchur Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Fennel (coarse) – 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin – 1/4 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – As per Taste

How to Make Shahi Lauki ( Bottle Gourd ) Recipe
- Peel the gourd first, remove the pulp and separate it.
- Cut the gourd into small pieces and boil it in salt water
- Remove the seeds from its pulp,and grind it in the mixer along with the Cheese ( paneer )
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
- Will sprinkle cumin seeds and add onions and fry it till it turns brown.
- Now add all the spices and mix them with a spoon.
- Add tomatoes and stir with this spoon.
- When all the spices are cooked then add the grinded cheese and pulp paste in it
- Now put the gourd pieces in it and cook for 10 minutes, covered.
- Now spread the coriander leaves over it
